Are you looking to take nourishment from a moment in nature in order to meet yourself anew? Do you feel that setting your voice free and revealing it is something that fills your heart with excitement?
Do you believe that movement, singing and sharing with other women is a channel to growing and meeting your true self? Do you feel you want to be free but you are not even sure what you want to be free from?
Then we have created this retreat just for you.
In an environment that is ecological, quiet, green, beautiful and pampering – just an hour from Berlin.
Do you feel that you walk around feeling that you can’t voice yourself or that you don’t have a voice? Do you think your voice is too small and quiet? Or maybe you believe your voice is too present and loud? Have people always told you not to sing because you are not musical enough or sound bad? Do you feel, deep down, that you want to open your mouth and colour the world with your singing but you don’t dare?
Are you so stressed lately that you feel you need to scream but can’t do it because of the neighbours, your partner, your children or the dog … and anyone else?
Do you enjoy getting in touch with your voice and like to sing, and are you curious about what horizons a professional vocal retreat can reveal for you?
Join a loving women’s circle for a journey into your voice and soul.
In a beautiful, ecological seminar house, surrounded by trees and greenery and deep stillness – we will reveal the depth and width of our voices, get in touch with their subtle tones and shades and allow ourselves to go beyond words.
We will use breath, touch, movement, imagination and music to sing the song of our heart, soul and body. We will sing without words and with words. We will sing as animals, as trees, as the old witch inside us and as the young girl that we still are. We will be heavy and light, singing the pain, the dreams and the future.
We will meet our voices when we are alone with the beauty of existence and sometimes we will be surprised to hear our voices when we are held and embraced by the circle of women that supports us.
We will move our bodies in a soft and healthy way with the body cognition practices. We will learn about our voices and get practical tools to enable them to be open, flowing, and as powerful as we truly are. We will have our evening programme, listening to soul stories and myths about women and their voice.
And … we will rest, eat tasty food, swim, play with the farm animals, visit the vegetables in the kitchen garden, paint, write, listen to music and smile from every cell of our being.
The retreat is for every woman, of every age, at every stage of life, who wants to sing her self in a circle. A women’s soul circle.
The retreat takes place in English.
